Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed user requirements analysis and design;
Perform application system analysis, design and enhancement;
Develop and deploy solution based on user requirements;
Prepare and maintain project documentation;
Provide user acceptance test and production support;
Administer project lifecycles from initial solution evaluation and technology acquisition through implementation and operations;
Liaison with vendors, information technology professionals and technology partners to maintain awareness of new technologies and best practices in the industry
Requirements:
Holder of university degree or higher diploma, or equivalent, in Computer Science or related discipline with a minimum of 3 years' relevant IT experience;
Technical skills in Client/Server, Web/Internet applications and technology, relational database, and/or different server operating systems;
Good working knowledge of HTML/PHP/Java/javascript, PL/SQL
Good technical knowledge and application experience across multiple IT platforms, development environments and applications;
Excellent communication, negotiation, people management and resources management skills;
Self-motivated, quality driven, and can work under pressure
