Pretty good
Control panel is easy to use. Includes PHP and MySQL support. Completely free! No complaints. I don't have any experience with their customer support team because I haven't needed it. Only experienced one period of intermittent downtime but it last about 5 days.

biz.nf has bad captcha system
I tried to buy a yearly paid package service from biz but the captcha which is simply to click on an open cirlcle keeps displaying that am getting it wrong though i have got it right always but it keeps giving me the same error over and over again that "You haven't solved the captcha"...too bad system...wasted my time reading about the plan.
