Q. Why is my account suspended?
A. PayPopUp.com audits every Affiliate's traffic on a regular basis. An account will be suspended(along with all the sites) when we find that an account is in violation of one or more of the following terms: (a) contains, provides, or links to adult/sexual content; (b) engages in, promotes or facilitates illegal or legally questionable activities; (c) artificially inflate traffic counts using a device, program or robot. Any account that has been cancelled due to violation of the items listed above will not receive payment.

Q. I am also tracking the stats myself, why is there a count discrepancy?
A. Generally, there are some factors that may affect the counting: 1. Internet surfer's connection speed. 2. How the publisher setup their codes. 3. Network issues 4. Pop killer/blocker for popunders. However, popunder's count discrepancy is usually about 15%-35% (due to pop blockers), in-page banner is about 5%-10%, and popin banner/interstitial is about 7-15%. If you are seeing a count discrepancy greater than 25%, please contact our publisher support immediately because that is not normal.
