注意事項

申請人部落格不得包含以下內容(包括但不限於以動作、影像、文字、對白、聲音、圖畫、攝影描繪等)，若經發現者，本公司有權不予通知申請人，並得立即停權並不予發放任何獎金。若發生以下內之情形，申請人部落格之均與本公司、本服務無關，如因此造成本公司受損害或遭第三人請求時，申請人應負擔一切損害賠償責任(包括但不限於律師費及相關訴訟費用等)：
暴力、種族偏見或倡導反對任何個人、團體或組織。
駭客/破解密碼內容。
違禁藥品或藥品器材。
色情或成人內容。
與賭博或賭場相關的內容。
觸犯中華民國各項法律、任何其它推廣非法活動或違反他人著作權的內容。
惡意毀謗他人。
違反善良風俗。

申請人廣告應用、擺放、排程與點擊：
網頁之元素不得遮蓋廣告之任何部分，而且必須選用足以顯示任何廣告元素(包含文字和URL)的廣告色彩。
任何網站或第三方均不得將本服務當作任一軟體應用(如工具列)動作的結果來展示，亦不得將本服務程式碼貼到任何軟體應用程式中。任何顯示本服務的網頁都不得透過會觸發彈出視窗的軟體載入，自動將訪客轉至未經請求的網站，調整瀏覽器設置或影響網站的瀏覽。申請人必須負責確保任何廣告網路或相關組織不使用該手段將網路流量指向包含您架設本服務程式碼的頁面。與此行為相關的帳戶有可能被終止。不論獎金是否已發放，本公司均得依刑法第三百三十九條詐欺罪規定，針對所有參予上述不當行為之申請者提出告訴。
廣告撥放排程中，免費撥放本服務與相關公益團體配合之公益廣告及BloggerAds招商廣告，且當此廣告有網友點擊或瀏覽時，本公司將不支付任何廣告佣金給申請人，若申請人不同意此條款，申請人可立即退出本服務，如退出時廣告獎金累計高於或等於新台幣壹仟元，本公司應照常發放該獎金，如當時廣告獎金累計低於新台幣壹仟元，該廣告獎金視為放棄。
透過任何因素而產生的重複點擊或重複拜訪都是禁止的。這些禁止的行為（包括但不限於透過漫遊器、自動化貼文工具、第三方產生重複拜訪或回應的服務、或任何欺騙軟體)。如有違反本公司將立即停權並不予發放任何獎金。如有此行為則視同違反本條款第二條第3點，本公司得採取必要之法律途徑，並且未來不可申請復權。
本服務廣告不得與其他申請人將廣告共同放置於同一個部落格，或於申請部落格中放置部署於申請人帳號的廣告，如有違反本公司將立即停權並不予發放任何獎金。
不可妨礙網站瀏覽、遮蓋BloggerAds廣告、變更使用者偏好設定或用於下載的彈出式視窗、隱藏彈出式視窗、結束視窗或最小化，亦不可以任何方式將點擊後的廣告客戶頁放於框架中、最小化、移除或遮蓋使其無法在網頁上完整成現。
不可重新引導使用者離開任何廣告客戶頁、在廣告與廣告客戶頁之間散佈任何內容，或提供任何不是直接從廣告連至廣告客戶頁的事項。
